How are fees set?
By scope. We agree the questions, markets, methods and deliverables in writing, then quote a fixed fee. The ranges on this page are indicative starting points, not a price list.
How long does a study take?
An opportunity assessment is typically a couple of weeks. A feasibility study or DPR takes longer, mostly depending on how much fieldwork and how many scenarios are involved. We agree the date before we start.
Which markets and countries do you cover?
We work across emerging and developing economies as well as established markets. Where public data is thin, we say so in the report and close the gap with primary research rather than filling it in.
Will the financial model be ours to keep and change?
Yes. You get the Excel model with its inputs and formulas visible, so your team or a lender’s analyst can check it and run their own scenarios.
Do you use AI to write the report?
We use our own platform to organise evidence and draft text, and all calculations run in a tested calculation engine rather than being written by an AI model. A qualified person reviews, edits and signs off everything we deliver.
Is our project information kept confidential?
Yes. We work under a confidentiality agreement and keep each client’s material separate. Draaftly never uses your data to train AI models. Our AI providers, Anthropic and Google Cloud, do not use customer data from their commercial services to train their models by default.
