Draaftly platform Early access
Turn business questions into evidence-backed research, financial models and client-ready reports
One workspace for proposals, feasibility studies, market research and strategy. Every number traces to a source or a stated assumption, and a person approves the work before it goes out.

Four modules, one workspace
Modules share the same evidence, assumptions and house style, so a market study can feed a feasibility study, and a feasibility study can feed a pitch deck.

From a question to a report you can stand behind
Each project moves through five stages. You can see and edit the work at every one of them.
- 1
Brief
Describe the question, the client and the deliverable. Upload the RFP, site details or past work.
- 2
Evidence
Draaftly gathers public sources and your documents, and records each one with its date, page and excerpt.
- 3
Analysis
Market sizes, cash flows, NPV, IRR and sensitivities are calculated in code from logged inputs.
- 4
Deliverables
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files in your house style, with sources and assumptions attached.
- 5
Review
Nothing goes out until a person approves it: Draft, Review, Approved, Published.
What every project gets
- Evidence registry
- Every claim is stored with its source, date, page, excerpt and type, and each source page is saved as a snapshot.
- Assumptions log
- Each input has a value, a basis, an owner and a status, so reviewers can see what the work depends on.
- Calculation engine
- Market sizing, NPV, IRR, payback, DSCR and sensitivities are computed in tested code, never by the AI.
- House-style exports
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files with your fonts, colours, cover pages and headings.
- Review and approval
- Draft, Review, Approved, Published. Comments and open issues stay attached to the project.
- Primary research
- Survey and interview guides, response analysis and quotes, stored as evidence next to desk research.
- Teams and roles
- Organisations, teams and permissions, with each customer’s data kept separate from every other customer’s.
- Visible job status
- Long tasks run in the background and show where they are, so you are never left waiting on a blank screen.
How Draaftly differs from a general AI research tool
General AI assistants are good at reading and summarising. Client work needs more: numbers you can audit, sources that stay put, and a sign-off step.
| Topic | General AI research tool | Draaftly |
|---|---|---|
| Where the numbers come from | Written by the language model | Calculated in code from logged inputs |
| Sources | Links that may change or disappear | Saved snapshots with date, page and excerpt |
| Assumptions | Mixed into the text | Listed in a register with owner and status |
| Primary research | Not included | Surveys and interviews stored as evidence |
| Deliverables | Chat text to copy and reformat | Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF in your house style |
| Sign-off | None | Draft, Review, Approved, Published |

Questions people ask
Is the Draaftly platform available now?
The platform is in early access. The Proposal and Feasibility modules open first; Research and Strategy follow. Join early access to get a guided setup.
Who is Draaftly for?
Research and consulting firms, corporate strategy and insights teams, founders and project promoters, investors and lenders, independent consultants and students.
Which AI models does Draaftly use?
Draaftly uses Claude models from Anthropic, accessed through Google Cloud. Calculations are done by our own calculation engine, not by the AI.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Draaftly never uses your data to train AI models. Our AI providers, Anthropic and Google Cloud, do not use customer data from their commercial services to train their models by default. We explain this in full on our Trust page.
Does Draaftly replace consultants and analysts?
No. It prepares the first draft, does the calculations and keeps the evidence organised. A person reviews, edits and approves everything that goes to a client.
How is the platform priced?
Monthly plans with a set number of credits, plus team and enterprise plans. Prices are shown in US dollars, with euro, pound, dirham and rupee available. See the Pricing page.
