Draaftly Feasibility Early access

Feasibility studies where every number can be checked

Draaftly Feasibility brings the market evidence, the assumptions and the financial model into one project. The numbers are calculated in code, and each input points to a source or a named assumption.

Banker and Investor Simulator

“Debt cover is 1.09× in year 1, below the 1.20× most lenders expect. What supports first-year revenue of $1.10m, and would you accept a six-month grace period on repayments?”

Fictional project. Every figure is calculated from the assumptions register; the simulator flags what a lender would ask first.

Why feasibility studies get challenged

  • The report text and the spreadsheet drift apart as figures change late in the project.
  • Assumptions sit in someone’s head or a hidden tab, so a lender’s first question stalls the deal.
  • Market data is copied without a date or page reference, and nobody can find it again.

How evidence is handled

The rules that keep your work defensible. How we protect your data

The AI never does the arithmetic

Market sizes, cash flows, NPV, IRR, payback and DSCR are calculated by a tested calculation engine. The AI writes about the numbers; it does not produce them.

An assumptions register

Every input has a value, a basis, an owner and a status. Change one and the model, tables and text update together.

Source snapshots

Each source is saved with its date, page and the exact excerpt used, so a citation still works if the web page changes.

Built-in checks

Questions people ask

Will a bank accept a Draaftly feasibility study?

We cannot promise any lender will accept or approve a project. Draaftly is built so that a lender can follow every figure back to its source or assumption, and a qualified person on your side reviews and signs off the study before it is submitted.

Does the AI calculate the financials?

No. All calculations run in a separate, tested calculation engine using the inputs in your assumptions register. The AI drafts the narrative around those results.

Can we check and change the model in Excel?

The Excel export is designed to keep the model’s inputs and formulas visible, so your team or the lender’s analyst can check and adjust it.

Which currencies, tax rules and markets does it support?

You set the currency, tax rates, inflation, financing terms and discount rate for each project, so it can be used for projects in any country.

Is our project data used to train AI models?

No. Draaftly never uses your data to train AI models. Our AI providers, Anthropic and Google Cloud, do not use customer data from their commercial services to train their models by default. We explain this in full on our Trust page.
