Draft Draft — under legal review. Not yet in force.
This page is a working draft written by the Draaftly team and has not been reviewed or approved by a lawyer. It does not yet create rights or obligations for anyone. If you need a binding document today — a signed DPA, for example — write to us and we will send the current version.

In short
Our website runs on as little as we can get away with. Nothing that is not strictly necessary is set before you agree to it, and you can change your mind at any time.
What a cookie is here
“Cookie” in this notice covers cookies and anything that behaves like one: local storage, session storage and similar technologies that keep information on your device or read it back.
What we use
| What | Who sets it | What it does | Consent needed? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your cookie choice | Draaftly | Remembers what you decided on this banner, so we stop asking. Kept in your browser, not sent to us. | No — strictly necessary |
| Sign-in and session | Draaftly | Keeps you signed in to the Draaftly platform and to Hisaab. | No — strictly necessary |
| Turnstile spam check | Cloudflare | Confirms a form was filled in by a person. Runs on pages with a form, and only when you submit one. | No — strictly necessary |
| Attack protection | Cloudflare | Keeps the site available and blocks abuse. | No — strictly necessary |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics | Cloudflare | Counts page views. Cookieless: it stores nothing on your device and does not follow you between sites. | No — nothing is stored on your device |
| Google Analytics (GA4) | Counts visits and shows which pages are read. Sets cookies and is loaded only after you agree — if you refuse, or simply ignore the banner, it is never requested at all. We run it with Google Consent Mode v2 and with advertising signals switched off. | Yes | |
| Cal.com booking calendar | Cal.com | The demo calendar on our contact page. Nothing is requested from Cal.com until you press “Show available times” — scrolling past it is not enough — so if you never press it, nothing about you reaches them. Once it loads, Cal.com sets its own cookies to run the booking, including a bot-protection cookie. | It loads only when you press the button |
What we do not use
- No advertising cookies.
- No cross-site tracking, and no sharing or selling of personal data for behavioural advertising.
- No social media pixels or “like” trackers.
Your choice
The first time you arrive, a banner asks what you are happy with. Accept, Reject and Choose sit side by side, the same size and the same colour, because refusing should be exactly as easy as agreeing. If you ignore the banner or close the page, nothing non-essential loads.
Your decision is remembered in this browser and nowhere else. To change it, use theCookie choices link in the footer of any page — it reopens the same panel, with your current settings showing. Choosing “Reject” after having accepted also stops Google Analytics from loading on your next page view.
If you are in California, note that we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use advertising cookies at all, so there is nothing for a “Do Not Sell or Share” request to switch off. The same refusal applies whichever law covers you.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser, and most browsers let you do this per site. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in from working.
