Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not charge again after that. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee on any plan.

Your data when you leave

You can export your data at any time, before or after cancelling — projects, evidence, assumptions and deliverables on the platform; bills, menu, stock and customer records in Hisaab. After the agreement ends you have a reasonable period to export, then we delete it as set out in the privacy notice. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

Hisaab

Hisaab starts with a 15-day free trial that needs no card, so you can see whether it suits your outlet before paying anything. No card needed, and we can extend it to 30 days if you ask. Whatever you set up during the trial — menu, recipes, bills — stays with you when you move to a paid plan. After that, plans run monthly or yearly, there is no lock-in, and you can export your data whenever you want. Prices are in rupees and shown on thepricing page.

The Draaftly platform

The refund position for platform plans is not settled yet, and we would rather say so than publish something we intend to change. The platform is in early access and we agree terms directly with each team joining it, so if you are in early access, what we agreed with you in writing is what applies. This section will be completed before the platform is generally available. In the meantime, if you have paid for something that has not worked for you, write to hello@draaftly.com and we will sort it out.

Services work

Research, consulting and software projects are delivered against a written scope with agreed stages and payment milestones. Cancellation and what is payable for work already done are set out in that scope, which wins over this page.

Taxes and payment providers

Refunds, where they are due, are made to the original payment method through the provider that took the payment, and can take a few working days to appear. Any taxes charged are refunded with the amount they were charged on.

Consumer rights

Some countries give consumers rights to cancel or to a refund that cannot be signed away, and those rights apply whatever this page says. Our advisers are confirming which of them reach our customers, and this section will name them before these terms take effect.
