Draaftly Proposal Early access
Answer every requirement in the tender, on time
Draaftly Proposal reads the RFP, lists what the client is asking for, and drafts a technical and commercial proposal in your house style. You can see which requirement each section answers.

Why proposals go wrong
- Requirements are spread across a 60-page RFP, its annexures and clarification notes, and one gets missed.
- The team rewrites the same methodology and credentials for every bid instead of improving them.
- Fees are estimated under deadline pressure, with no record of how the number was reached.
What Draaftly Proposal produces
Word and PDF for the proposal, Excel for the fee build-up, PowerPoint for presentations. All in your house style.
- RFP Compliance Matrix
- Every requirement, the page it came from, and the section of your proposal that answers it, with gaps flagged.
- Technical proposal
- Understanding of the brief, approach and methodology, work plan, deliverables and team structure.
- Commercial proposal
- Fee build-up from the rates and effort you set, payment milestones and assumptions.
- Work plan and timeline
- Activities, durations and dependencies, exported as a Gantt chart for Word or PowerPoint.
- Relevant experience
- Past projects and CVs chosen from your own library, matched to the evaluation criteria.
- Executive summary
- A one-page summary written last, from the finished proposal.
How evidence is handled
The rules that keep your work defensible. How we protect your data
Requirements keep their page numbers
Each requirement is stored with the RFP page and clause it came from, so reviewers can check it against the original.
Only your real credentials
Experience and CVs come from documents you upload. Draaftly does not invent projects, clients or team members.
Fees you can explain
The fee is calculated from your day rates and effort estimates, not written by the AI, and every input is listed.

Questions people ask
What RFP formats can I upload?
PDF and Word files, including scanned PDFs, plus any annexures and clarification notes. You can add more documents to the project at any time.
Will it write team CVs or past projects for me?
It selects and adapts CVs and project descriptions from the library you upload. It never invents people, clients or results.
Can the proposal follow our own template?
Yes. You set your house style once, including fonts, colours, headings and cover page, and every proposal is exported in it.
Is our RFP or proposal used to train AI models?
No. Draaftly never uses your data to train AI models. Our AI providers, Anthropic and Google Cloud, do not use customer data from their commercial services to train their models by default. We explain this in full on our Trust page.
Who approves the final proposal?
A person on your team. Each proposal moves through Draft, Review, Approved and Published, and nothing is exported as final until someone approves it.
